Every Android OEM puts battery charge protection somewhere else, names it something else, and some do not surface it at all. Amply drives them from one app. It can also temporarily lift the limit when you actually need a full charge, restoring your protection at 100%, on unplug, or on a timeout.
Still experimental: it needs Shizuku, Porter or WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS, and only physically-qualified devices get real control. Everything else gets a diagnostics mode that helps add support.
